This project is a travel journal shot while cycling 2000km across Italy, starting from Milan, heading towards the Tyrrhenian coast and crossing the Apennines, all the way to Reggio Calabria.

After living abroad for nearly three years, I felt the need to reconnect with my country, trying to photograph what gave me a feeling of home. These shots are not just a search for the aesthetic, but aim at capturing something genuine, warm, carefree, and sometimes raw.
